The Stipend Internship Program offers international students and recent graduates the opportunity to train in an Australian company while receiving a monthly allowance to support travel and meals. It’s the perfect way to strengthen your professional profile and take your career to the next level.
What Is the Stipend Internship Program?
The SIP is a structured training program for international candidates who want to:
• Apply their academic knowledge in a full-time professional setting
• Gain relevant industry experience and build a competitive CV

• Receive a stipend to help cover travel and meals
• Train with a reputable Australian host company
PROGRAM DETAILS
• Tailored training based on your academic background and goals
• 20–26 weeks, full-time internship placements
• Paid monthly stipend: AUD $600 – $1,000 (travel and meal allowance)
• Access to over 12,000 host companies Australia-wide
• 407 Training Visa sponsorship available (if eligible)
• Academic credit available (if required by your university)
• Flexibility with location may be required
• Fields available: Marketing - Human Resources - Events Management

Who Can Apply?
Motivated students and recent graduates ready for a professional challenge and real-world rewards.
To be eligible, you must:
• Be +18
• Be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a tertiary program (Bachelor or above) in Marketing, HR or Events Management
• Have upper-intermediate to advanced English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0)
• Justify a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in Marketing, HR, or Events

Start Dates & Lead Time
Start dates are flexible, but we kindly ask that you allow 6 to 12 weeks for processing to ensure everything runs smoothly.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Enquiry and Assessment:
Complete the online form and submit initial documentation to find out whether you are eligible for the program.Application & Processing:
Eligible candidates will be requested to complete and return the application form along with the supporting documents and application fee. You will then provide us with an application video, after which Australian Internships will negotiate your internship details.Confirmation & Payment
Australian Internships will arrange an interview for you with the Host Organisation, after which the internship will be confirmed through a formal Training Agreement. Any outstanding fees are to be paid.Visa & Travel Arrangements
Australian Internships to negotiate with The Department of Home Affairs regarding visa processing for you. Or, you can make alternative arrangements (e.g. Working Holiday Visa). You are to confirm with Australian Internships your arrival details.Program Participation
