Why did you choose to complete an internship in Australia?

To experience better work-life balance and explore great Australian culture. 

 

What challenges have you faced and how has AI contributed to softening your internship experience abroad?

I am grateful to Australian Internships for providing me with a lifetime great opportunity to work in Australia. Joy Lee and AI team has helped me throughout my process. Due to the pandemic, my process got delayed; I was impatient, but my Internship Program Supervisor has proven herself the best assistance. She is great!

 

How do you define your work environment and how has it influenced your training process?

My work team is pleasing and helpful. I am learning new skills there, and I am also getting a chance to improve my lifestyle. I work in a fine-dining restaurant, and all the recipes are good.

 

What hospitality skills have you developed?

I am getting a chance to learn new skills at my job. Our head chef Sourabh Sanam has assisted me well, and my skill development is on the right track under his observation.

 

What advice would you give future interns regarding internships?

The best advice is to experience Australian culture as much as you can. You are lucky to be part of this program. 

 

Any comment that you would like to share about your journey to Australia such as the visa process?

The visa process took longer than expected. but, at last, it was easy.

 

What do you enjoy most about Australia?

All the Australian people are pleasing and good to be around them. I enjoy being in Australia.
